Issabel Contact Center
offers two types of licenses to meet the needs of different operations: - Voice Agents: Ideal for teams that primarily handle phone interactions. It includes all the necessary features to manage inbound and outbound campaigns, with support for manual, preview, and progressive dialing.
- Omnichannel Agents: In addition to the features included in voice agents, omnichannel agents have access to integration with various digital channels such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Webchat, and SMS. Unlimited chatbot creation and digital channels are available. Integration with Facebook Messenger and Instagram will also be available soon.
Add-ons
- Support and updates: Included in the price.
- Reporting: Available for a monthly fixed cost regardless of the number of agents.
- Supervisors on Issabel’s Cloud: Available for an additional fee.
- Chatbots with OpenAI (optional): Available for an additional fee.
- 24/7 Support (optional): While standard support is included and based on the issue’s criticality, 24/7 support is available if the customer requires an SLA of 3 to 4 hours for all cases.
Additional Considerations
- Deployment in Issabel’s Cloud: The minimum starting point is 5 agents and 1 supervisor.
- Deployment in private clouds or on-premises: The minimum base is 10 agents, with increments in blocks of 10. Supervisor licenses are not included separately, so the customer can use agent licenses to configure supervisors. For example, if 6 agents and 2 supervisors are required, a base of 10 agents is sufficient to cover these 8 positions, with the supervisors configured with the necessary permissions.
- External Channels and Additional Costs: All costs related to external channels, such as WhatsApp interactions or telephony services, are not included in the price of
Issabel Contact Center
. To use WhatsApp, the customer must comply with META’s terms and conditions, have a verified business account, and register a phone number on META's Cloud API, ensuring that the number is not being used on the free WhatsApp platform. Regarding telephony, the customer should contract their preferred provider directly, with SIP trunks being recommended in all cases.
