is a set of permissions, groups, and plugins that can be assigned to users in a single step, thus facilitating user management quickly and efficiently. Templates
allow defining predefined configurations that can be applied to multiple users without having to configure each parameter individually. Definition and Purpose of templates

Creating templates
To create a template, follow these steps:
- 1. Access the
Panel Manager
: In thePBX
administration interface, navigate to:Contact Center
→Panel Manager
→Templates
. It is also possible to access via the URL:https://domain_pbx/fop2/admin/
, and access thetemplates
menu. - 2. Define the
template
: Define the buttongroups
you want to create. This includes selecting the buttons and functionalities that will be available to users assigned to the currentgroup
. Include the set of permissions and groups the user will have access to and the plugins they can use. These elements ensure that users have the necessary tools and access to perform their functions. - 3. Save the
template
: Save thetemplate
with a descriptive name that facilitates its identification and later use.
Assigning templates
Once the template is created, it can be easily assigned to users.
- 1. Access the
Panel Manager
: In thePBX
administration interface, navigate to:Contact Center
→Panel Manager
→ Users. It is also possible to access via the URL:https://pbx_domain/fop2/admin/
, and access the user menu. - 2. Select the User: Select the user to whom you want to assign the template.

template
: In the user configuration section, find thetemplates
section and select the desired template. This will automatically apply all the permissions, groups, and plugins defined in the template to the selected user. - 4. Default
Template
: It is also possible to mark atemplate
as default so that it is automatically assigned to newly created users. This ensures that all new users have a standard configuration without the need to configure them manually.
