Network Setup

Before installing Issabel Contact Center module, it is necessary to verify that the network configurations are implemented properly. For this, it is necessary to assign a static IP address to the server to guarantee stability of connections.
If the server is going to be published in the cloud, a public IP must be assigned which is available and accessible from any place or from the places stipulated for the operation of the Contact Center. This configuration can be done in the System -> Network -> Network Parameters module. This is usually configured automatically during the Issabel installation process. However, it is advisable to verify that everything is assigned correctly.
