Issabel PBX Contact Center module installation


The installation and configuration of Issabel Contact Center is an essential process that allows companies to optimize their communication and improve the customer experience. Installing the Issabel Contact Center module

Now it is necessary to run again the installation command:

yum install issabel-contact-center
  • The system will analyze the available repositories and when it finds the right option, it will start the Issabel Contact Center installation process again.

  • During the module installation, the system will display some dependencies to install along with their required size, and it will ask if it can continue. In all cases it is necessary to give an affirmative answer.

  • If the installation process concludes correctly, a corresponding message like the one shown bellow will be displayed.

Finally, it is necessary to restart the FOP2 service:

service fop2 restart
  • If the service restarts successfully, the output will display a message like the one below:

Installation Verification

It is possible to verify the correct installation of Issabel Contact Center module, by accessing the PBX admin interface through a web browser with an account with administration permissions, and a dropdown menu with the label Contact Center will appear in the sidebar, and within it, y tres submenus: Panel, Panel Manager and Reports
