Creating extensions in Issabel Contact Center is crucial to establishing an effective communication flow between agents and customers. Below are the steps and best practices to create extensions in

and to ensure that the Contact Center
works efficiently, providing high-quality customer support . Furthermore, the extensions are the basis that the Contact Center

Like all pbx configuration modules, in the
extensions
module, each configurable field has a question mark on the right side of its name, and when you hover the mouse or click on this sign, important information about the field is displayed, the which can serve as a guide for its configuration. When using Issabel Contact Center
, you should only use Web RTC extensions so that your connection can be successfully established with the agent console. If you have created extensions of another type, you need to delete them and create them again with the required type.
