About the Dialer section


Dialer is a dialer component for Contact Center, included as a plugin for Issabel Contact Center for easy installation and management via the Panel Administrator, which is designed to be used in outbound dialing campaigns automatically. The available marking modes are: preview and progressive. For inbound campaigns, you can use attention queues directly. Includes a simple agent console widget, a Webphone PRO widget for handling calls from the same browser using WebRTC, can be used in conjunction with the Scripter plugin to provide dynamic forms or scripts, interactive decision trees or surveys in your Call Center.
